Customer Supporter

The role

If you are eager to engage with customers and have a can-do attitude to solve requests and answer questions fast, then you might be the perfect candidate for our customer support team.

To be successful in this role you value strong, long-lasting customer relationships and know how to build and maintain customer loyalty.

Your approach is structured, and you follow through to make sure we deliver an outstanding customer experience and service. You will be part of a team and know the importance of a team effort.

In this job, you can expect a lot of different tasks and no day is the same, but the team responsibility evolves around a core of order management tasks, customer calls and data compliance tasks.

This role is intended to support the German-speaking markets especially and it is a must, that you are native or fluent in written and spoken German.

The role reports to the Head of Customer Support and works closely with the sales team.

Professional Skills
  • Experience in customer service, support and/or selling technical products
  • Experience from working in a B2B company – ideally within the automotive and/or automotive aftermarket
  • Strong customer-focused mindset and business acumen
  • Experience in dealing with ERP systems and data management and data quality (ideally Navision and Oracle)
  • Fluent in written and spoken German, English, and Danish
  • Excellent skills in Excel
  • Manage data and secure data quality across multiple systems and platforms
Personal skills
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with both many smaller but also bigger tasks
  • Structured and like repetitive tasks
  • Ability to act swiftly and be flexible to accommodate customer needs
